The hardest part of a health practice is choosing one and doing it regularly which is where you will get the most benefit. That’s where I can help you, as I can come to your home each week and guide you through ancient eastern Taoist meditations and help you understand why they are important and making sure you are doing it correctly.

In today’s society meditation is often touted as a habit of highly successful (and happy) people, recommended as a means of coping with stress and anxiety, and praised as the next-big-thing in mainstream wellness. And it’s not just anecdotal. Thousands of studies have shown the positive impact that meditating has on our health and well-being. So now you too can benefit from what others are experiencing from the comfort of your own home.

What is Meditation Coaching

Personalised Private meditation sessions to enrich your practice or simply help you unwind. In these sessions you will be shown easy practices you can do at home and each session will help you to take your meditations practice deeper.

In these workshops, I give an understanding of the history, how, why, when and where to use the Jade Egg in an informative and supporting way. Women don’t have to share anything about themselves they can just come listen, take notes and participate as little or as much as they want.

​How Coaching Can Help You

The benefits of mindfulness practice can be greatly enhanced by working with a meditation instructor. A coach who has experience practising and teaching mindfulness can support you in deepening your practice, taking you further than you may be able to go on your own.

Using Tea and Taoist practices, I have a unique way of guiding you through meditations that will help you feel balance and give you the tools to clear negative emotions when they arise. If you have been struggling with feelings of deep unworthiness for example, it is likely that unpleasant feelings or memories may arise in your practice. These can be disturbing and confusing. It can be of great help to have an instructor on hand to help guide you through them.

I guide and support you in your meditation practice to help you maintain and deepen it. Depending on your situation, I may assist you with setting up structures so  consistent with it. We may discuss obstacles that are preventing you from practising, or help you develop more focus in your practice so that it brings you greater benefits. The idea is not to stop you doing anything more to swap out the bad habits for better ones.

It is important to have a meditation practice if you truly want the benefits and during these sessions you will learn how to incorporate inner alchemy, emotional wellness, ancient eastern practices and ideas into your everyday life easily. We will work on overcoming internal obstacles to living more mindfully so that you have greater peace and happiness.

Who can do the workshop?

This workshop is for any women who is ready for open communication, a renewed sense of internal awareness and a deeper connection to themselves.

I have an event space in Brisbane if you would like to come here and do this workshop with 6 or more friends. I can also come to you. You can book this for a women’s retreat or as a workshop in your event space, I’m open to sharing this practice with women as I know they will benefit greatly from a better connection with their bodies.

Each session is 2 hours, confidential and will leave you feeling more calm and centred. During each session we will also look at easy ways you can incorporate healthy living eastern principles on your home to help you cultivate more Zen in your home as well as inner wellbeing.
