The mission of being a Healing Tao Instructor is to support people in cultivating the life force through Taoist Qi arts and sciences such as basic inner alchemy meditations.

Why is relaxation so important?
There are many steps to learn and practice before you can reach a state of meditation. The first step is learning how to relax your body. This is a very important step many people don’t know how to do. I enjoying teaching the Universal Healing Tao basic meditations and sharing tea because it can help you to learn how to relax. Our mind is like a monkey if we don’t train it we wont get anywhere and will just follow around our desires and behave like intellectual animals.
My mindfulness sessions
Using Tea and Taoist practices, I have a unique way of guiding you through meditations that will help you feel balance and give you the tools to clear negative emotions when they arise. If you have been struggling with negative feelings for example, it is likely that unpleasant memories may arise in your practice. These can be disturbing and confusing. It can be of great help to have an instructor on hand to help guide you through them.
I occasion hold events and do collaborations with others which include tea mindfulness. I’m also happy to help discuss obstacles that are preventing you from practicing, help you to chose a practice or help you develop more focus in your practice so that it brings you greater benefits. The idea is not to stop you doing anything more, but to swap out the bad habits for better ones.
It is important to have a regulator practice if you truly want to see your life change. A practice should also be one that can grow as you get better at meditation and include but not limited to inner alchemy, emotional wellness, ancient wisdom, which you can weave into your everyday life.
