As a Universal Healing Tao Instructor and Tea Advocate I can inspire you to live a more holistically centred life infused with tea and mindfulness so you can have more energy and feel more connected and in harmony with your inner and outer world. We’re all so unique, so what might work for one person might not be the best solution for another. On this website, you will find ideas on how to elevate your energy, live a healthy lifestyle and event’s we can connect at.

The benefits of mindfulness practices can be greatly enhanced by working with an instructor who has experience practising and teaching meditation can support you in deepening your practice, taking you further than you may be able to go on your own.

The hardest part of a health practice is choosing one and doing it regularly which is where you will get the most benefit. That’s where I can help you, as I can come to your home, office or arrange a space where I will guide you/group through ancient eastern Taoist warmups and energy meditations. Each session will leave you feeling more calm and centred and we can also look at easy ways you can incorporate healthy living eastern principles on your home for deeper inner wellbeing.

If you have been struggling with feelings of deep unworthiness for example, it is likely that unpleasant feelings or memories may arise in your practice. These can be disturbing and confusing, but it can be of great help to have an instructor on hand to help guide you through them.
