Podcasts from Empowered Women's Channel

On route to moving to Australia I made a few stops along the way and one was to see my awesome friends Justin and Kate from Extreme Health Radio. These two played a big part in inspiring me along my healthy living journey. While in California me and Kate started the Empowered Women’s Channel, this was such a fun project. We met such amazing women, but living in different countries and workloads were too much as sadly we had to stop this project. Maybe one day we will both be able to pick this project up again as we made some wonderful connections and got to go on an amazing journey together! Here is the series of podcasts we started.

Bo and Kate

In the beginning

In this podcast session Kate and Bo share with you very intimate thoughts about their backgrounds, health issues, why some guy sticks his hand in Bo’s mouth on New Years, how this giant leap of faith has changed their lives and what’s in it for you the listener.

Put on your Power Suit of Positivity

In this podcast session Kate and Bo share with you why Kate used to love wine a little too much and why Bo used to be a grumpy bum in the mornings! They delve into how having a morning ritual, healthy diet and affirmations can change your perspective, as well as keeping negativity toward life at bay.

You’re Awesome!

Hear me talk about my “You’re Awesome” campaign and Kate mentions a really great tomato quote. You heard us right-tomato quote. As women we are so hard on ourselves daily- so be encouraged by a 21 day challenge to tell yourself how worth it you really are. All this awaits you in this power packed episode plus much more!

Let’s Get Juicy!

We have all heard of juicing before and we don’t know about you but these wonderful juice and smoothie bars seem to be popping up all over the globe in mass hysteria. Personally, we couldn’t be more thrilled! We have seen and felt firsthand just how amazing adding this into our lifestyle can be. Our skin literally glows with health and our eyes shine brighter.
