Cinnamon Myrtle Tea

Ingredients: 100% native cinnamon myrtle.
Its leaves give off a cinnamon fragrance when rubbed or crushed, much like the leaves of the curry plant. This rainforest species is native to subtropical eastern Australia.

Just grind down the tea to make a powder and you can also use this in soaps and for cooking.
Cinnamon Myrtle Native Bush Dip Recipe
- Grind down tea into a powder
- Combine 1 cup plain yoghurt with
- 1/4 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon Myrtle.
Serve with Spiced Sweet Potato Wedges and a lime wedge.

Drinking tea and herbs has a long history. It is something people have been doing for centuries all around the world and these days we can create our own tea ritual’s that will enhance our lives; so we slow down and embrace the many benefits of tea on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Water Temperature: 90°C Drink hot or cold
1 cup = 1 tsp
1 pot = 1-2 tsp
You can add local honey for extra sweetness if required.
