These are a collection of healthy recipes I use frequently. This digital recipe book is a simple tool to help you on your path to health and wellness.

In the cookbook, I have a selection of recipes for any occasion, you don’t need many kitchen gadgets, just some good old-fashioned arm toning mixing skills. You can get most the ingredients from the supermarket, although I prefer going to the organic farmer’s markets and health food shops.

Eating a varied, well-balanced diet means eating a variety of wholefoods from the earth in an array of colours. Fruit, vegetables and herbs are the key to longevity and good health!
