I am always saying make sure you eat all the colours of the rainbow straight from Mother Earth as whole foods grown naturally is more packed with goodness to build our bodies with. Back to turmeric, in this video I show you how easy it is to grow your own and the healing benefits of this plant are amazing. - Black pepper
PS. Just be careful when using turmeric as it will stain your hands and everything yellow!
